Yabluniv Special Boarding School started its history in 1962

The school trained, educated, receive complex medical correction and rehabilitation 145 students.

The main objective of the boarding school: orientation of the educational process to overcome the defects of mentally retarded children, ensure their full life and social adaptation.

The ways of its realization:

• ensure the unity of education and training;
• redefining the paradigm of education;
• socialization and adaptation of children in society.

Priority tasks of teaching staff in the new academic year:

• organization working on the only scientific and methodological problems "Practical orientation of correctional and educational process as a condition of social adaptation of pupils of special schools";
• examine the general problems of each child individually to create a comprehensive program of rehabilitation;
• learning and creative implementation in practice of training and education of students of pedagogical innovation;
• the efficiency of scientific and technical work;
